Custom Made-to-Order Products: 

Our items are custom-made based on your order. Returns or exchanges for orders made with the wrong size or color, or due to a change of mind by the customer, are not supported.

14-Day Returns for Our Errors, Damages, & Manufacturing Errors: 

If you receive a product with a manufacturing error, if it's damaged upon arrival, or if we deliver a size different from what you ordered (our fault), you are eligible for a return. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery including a photo of the issue, for a free replacement or a refund.
